The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has approximately 500 staff members worldwide. Its headquarters are in Vienna and it has 21 field offices as well as liaison offices in New York.

With UNODC's increasing worldwide demands to train police officers, customs agents and other law enforcement personal it became increasingly clear that the UNODC was in need of a company with a robust in house infrastructure and abilities to create large amounts of quality custom training.

Leading auto manufacturer BMW wanted to create an innovative interactive training program to train their technicians throughout the world in order to achieve EPC certification. The EPCglobal Hardware Certification Program is a standards-based compliance-testing program, developed by the EPCglobal community.

According to the BMW representative on this project they had already done a number of training programs related to quality and reliability over recent years, but most of them were straightforward and not very innovative and most importantly did not really help the learner discover the solution to the problem on their own. We needed a fresh approach.

GloryUSA has grouped all its online training resources in a new portal site, a move the company believes will ultimately result in a better training experience for their technicians and support team.

GloryUSA announced its Anywhere-Anyplace Training Initiative.The portal offers an improved 24/7 online access to training and documentation of the latest hardware and software.

, one of the largest localization and translation services in the world needed to create training for their many localization products including "Transit Satellite". We are now producing a number of training programs for them in a number of languages.
 
The Government of Guam computerized all their processes.
The Government of GUAM computerized all their processes. They needed a way to teach their workforce the new skills needed for the new Island-wide computer system. This included Tax Collection, Social Welfare and Health Care.

We provided them with over 120 Training Packages to train their workforce. This project included the task of Reengineering the work process and flow.
