Leading auto manufacturer BMW wanted to create an innovative interactive training program to train their technicians throughout the world in order to achieve EPC certification. The EPCglobal Hardware Certification Program is a standards-based compliance-testing program, developed by the EPCglobal community. According to the BMW representative on this project they had already done a number of training programs related to quality and reliability over recent years, but most of them were straightforward and not very innovative and most importantly did not really help the learner discover the solution to the problem on their own. We needed a fresh approach. |

This included Tax Collection, Social Welfare and Health Care.We provided them with over 120 Training Packages to train their workforce. This project included the task of Reengineering the work process and flow.
